LESS GUESSWORK. MORE GROUNDWORK.

Every cost.
A place in the plan.

Good landscaping takes care.
So does pricing it.

01 /

Cost the whole job.

Materials, labour, plant hire, subcontractors and waste disposal. Add quantities, your own rates and a material waste allowance.

02 /

Leave room for your business.

Allow for overheads and contingency. Choose markup or gross margin, see the profit allowance, then add your configured tax and deposit.

03 /

Send a clear quote.

Turn your saved estimate into a customer quote. Share a private link or print it as a PDF, with internal costs and notes kept in your workspace.

04 /

Start from a sensible checklist.

Paving, turf, fencing or maintenance. Starter rows come with zero prices, ready for your supplier quotes and actual crew costs.

05 /

Keep the team on the same page.

Owners, managers and viewers have their own logins. Track draft, sent, won and lost jobs, then archive the ones you want to keep out of the way.

06 /

Keep hold of your work.

Saved estimates, quote snapshots and a CSV register. View, export and print your records even after your trial or subscription ends.

THE SAME PERCENTAGE. A DIFFERENT PRICE.

Markup isn’t
your margin.

25% on top of your costs is different from keeping 25% of the selling price. Plotwork makes both choices explicit, so the price follows your intention.

A WORKFLOW WITH ITS BOOTS ON

Survey. Estimate.
Quote. Get on with it.

01

Give the job a shape.

Add the client, site and scope. Use metric or imperial units and the area/volume helper to build quantities.

02

Make the numbers work.

Enter your costs. Allow for the unexpected. Choose profit, tax and payment terms appropriate to the job.

03

Make a clean handover.

Publish a quote snapshot for the client. Keep your internal workings private and record the outcome in your workspace.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before you
break ground.

Does it come with landscaping price data?

No. Enter your own supplier, wage and equipment costs. Demo figures are illustrative and checklist rows start at zero. The app does not claim to know local market rates.

Can I work in feet or metres?

Yes. Choose metric or imperial measurements and use an area/volume helper. Row units are explicit. Changing unit labels or currency does not convert existing quantities or prices.

Can a customer see my cost rates or margin?

No. Published customer quotes contain selling-price lines, scope, terms and business details. Supplier costs, profit controls and internal notes stay in your workspace. People with workspace logins can see internal estimates, including viewers.

What happens when I change a shared estimate?

The customer link keeps its published snapshot. Save and republish to replace it; republishing creates a fresh link and revokes the previous one. You can also revoke a link or archive the estimate.

Can customers accept or pay through the quote?

Not in this version. Contact your client to arrange acceptance and payment separately. Recording a job as won is an internal status, not a digital signature or payment.

Can I create a PDF?

Yes. Open the customer quote and use Print / save PDF. Your browser supplies the PDF export. Disable browser headers and footers for a clean document.

What happens after the trial ends?

Choose a plan to keep creating and changing estimates. Existing records remain readable, exportable and printable. You can still revoke shared links or archive old estimates; no automatic deletion is performed.
